These guys placed a $1200 hold on my card and have not released it for over 3 weeks. I have confirmed there is nothing outstanding multiple times. They have done nothing about it. Very slow to assist, including during our stay where we asked for a dark and quiet room as we had a baby. The room is not dark, there is a massive light outside the window and their solution was to tape a cardboard box to it. This took about 4 calls to reception before anything happened and ended up falling off during the night. Extremely slow service, not worth the expense. Stay somewhere that values their customers more and doesn’t hold your money long after you’ve checked out.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a generally positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was clean, and the amenities were great. However, I did encounter an issue when I found a bug in my coffee, which was a bit off-putting. While this was disappointing, I reported it to the staff, and they were quick to apologize and offer a solution. I appreciate their responsiveness, and I believe it was an isolated incident. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent service and overall quality.

Restaurants were good and so was room service. Rooms were lovely. Only comment is that rooms should be aired a little as property is on water and tends to take on musty smell. People are fantastic especially Mere (sp) in buffet breakfast area. Wish there was late checkout option or small charge to extend time considering flights to USA are at night.

Beautiful property in magnificent location. Beach outstanding for swimming and snorkeling. My room was lovely although air con noise a bit too loud. Food options and quality very disappointing though.

Beautiful resort and the most stunning beach (Natodola) ever experienced. This resort is secluded so you are away from the busy area like Nadi. We have two lil' ones, we wanted to book a trip to an island, however, it didnt feel safe to do so.. this place gave us that island experience without traveling to south sea's island. We got to enjoy the pristine blue waters, white sand, horse back riding, etc... I wish the kids club was included in the price as my kids wanted to play in the playground but it was exclusive to kids club kids only. But, that wasnt a big deal as from the warm welcome at check in, to the smiles and "Bula" from every friendly staff, the convenience of a mini grocery store, souvenir/beach gear store, the fun rides on the golf carts, the warm pool, and yummy food made the experience enjoyable. We loved how we advised the main restaurant of our dietary and they brought out the chef to ensure what was safe and what to stay away from, and offering to make us anything else. Thank you Intercontinental Fiji Golf and Spa, hope to stay longer when I come back to Fiji in the future.

Excellent resort, but food and drinks need work
Beautiful large resort with great facilities and attractive architecture. Lots of shady spots to keep out of the sun. Nice snorkelling right off the beach. Plenty of options for families and adults to have fun without troubling eachother. The only disappointments were the food and drinks. The cocktails we tried all missed the mark - mostly MUCH too sweet, and in some cases we couldn’t even finish them. Breakfast at Navo (the adults only restaurant) was pretty good, but otherwise the food across the resort was generally substandard, especially for the price. We discovered Yatule Resort next door had much better food and much nicer cocktails, so we ate there for the second half of the trip. The service at the Intercontinental is good, although unnecessarily stiff and formal. We would stay again, but next time we would dine only at Yatule Resort.

We spent our honeymoon here and I couldn’t think of a better place to have gone. Incredibly friendly staff always smiling and making your day! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to spend their honeymoon.

We always have the most amazing time on the Coral Coast and the beach setting at Intercon is out of this world. Staff are beautiful and full of energy, catering to your every need . Would def go back
