Great location
For the price it’s not a bad hotel—not perfect, but a great location. The hotel has 166 rooms, is right on the beach and has several pools, a tennis court and they serve microbrew beer at the pool (so far so good!). A good many of the rooms have a view of the beach and the ocean (if you ask, the front desk will do their best to accommodate you if your booking did not include this). The space could be better used. While they have some lovely antiques scattered about and the restaurant where breakfast is served has a wonderful view overlooking the beach, there are several bars and lounge areas that appear to have used to have servers that are just used for seating. The hotel in general needs a bit of TLC (there are some problems of mold, but nothing outrageous) and there is no room service after 10 PM. We were here for Christmas vacation and the hotel was packed, but there was still adequate parking on site. Some earlier commenters noted that the hotel is a bit far from town, but it only cost about R$25 by taxi to get there, so if that’s a deal breaker, then this isn’t the place for you. Otherwise the staff were, generally, very pleasant and mostly all were helpful.

This hotel is very accommodating and location on the beach was beautiful. To get to Natal or Ponte Negra requires a cab, so be prepared to pay for that... but not an inhibitor from me staying here again. Staff was GREAT!

Obviously a lovely hotel 20+ years ago, but VERY run down now. Despite the bad reviews ,we stayed 2 nights during the World Cup because there were not many accommodations for 3 adults in Natale for the US game. We paid almost $300 US per night and thought the price outrageous. The beds were marginally comfortable and the plumbing worked. The location is right on a beautiful beach and the breakfast was great and varied.

Foi uma experiência boa no geral. Porém o banheiro tinha infiltração e quando íamos tomar banho alagava tudo. Outro ponto, o checo-um as 14, mas nosso quarto não estava pronto. O check-out é ao meio dia, mas não podemos fazer o checkout do quarto e continuar na piscina, achei um ponto negativo já que em outros hotéis tem essa opção, já que a diária não completa as 24 horas.

O custo benefício do hotel é bom. As refeições do restaurante principal são boas. Na área de petiscos são poucas variedades e quase sempre as mesmas. As cervejas são de marcas boas (Heineken, Budweiser, Duplo Malote, Devassa e chopp Brahma e artesanal). Refrigerante com opção zero. Ponto a se avaliar é ter área de drinks fora do bar molhado da piscina. Se você desejar um drink ou uma dose de bebida quente à noite você tem que ir até o bar molhado (mesmo não estando na piscina). Outro ponto que frustou demais foi a nova regra deles, o check in inicia às 14h (quase depois do almoço) e o checkout ao meio dia, enquanto em outros hotéis eles te oferecem o último almoço, o Aram Imirá te proíbe. Isso mesmo, eu comprei duas diárias (de sexta a domingo) e cheguei na sexta de 23h, já não tinha mais jantar, o único ponto de alimentação são pizzas requentadas e com pouca variedade, não pude tomar drink e não tinha qualquer indício de vida noturna. Tudo bem. Na saída, cortaram a minha pulseira e o almoço é servido pontualmente às 12h. Justamente para ninguém conseguir almoçar antes de sair. Poderiam liberar o último almoço, ou simplesmente servir às 11h. Mas pelo contrário, tem uma gerente super grossa, que faz questão de fiscalizar para que ninguém tenha a chance de almoçar. Mas no check in, dependendo do horário vc já não come mais nada. Isso acabou com a reputação do hotel. ARAM NUNCA MAIS. ESSA ATITUDE FOI DESUMANA.

Deixa um pouco a desejar.
Razoável , hotel com instalações antigas, varanda de madeira do quarto fazia medo se escorar e vai com varanda e tudo, não tem cadeira no quarto. Comidas razoáveis pelo valor porém muito repetitivas, o petisco por exemplo é a mesma coisa só acrescenta 1 diferente por dia, almoço deixa a desejar demais uma opção de feijão só ( feijoada) não tinha batata frita no almoço ( batata frita) que a maioria das crianças gostam, a limpeza da piscina não é lá essas coisas, o acesso para piscina só se dá por um local que é bem estreito por sinal. Refrigerante só de 2l algo que me incomodou a todo instante me deslocar pra ir colocar no copo, água da mesma forma. O ponto positivo é que você pode levar bebida a vontade para beber na varanda do seu quarto. Pelo valor talvez valha a pena , mas não sei se queria voltar.

Infelizmente tivemos uma experiência ruim
Infelizmente tivemos uma experiência horrível em relação ao Hotel. No dia que chegamos o hotel estava infestado de moscas. Não conseguimos almoçar e o jantar também ficou comprometido. O café da manhã do outro dia continuou do mesmo modo onde as moscas tomaram conta de toda a comida que estava toda a amostra e sem condições nenhuma de higiene. Nesse dia o hotel fez uma limpeza no refeitório no que melhorou consideravelmente. O espaço físico muito bom principalmente para as crianças, bebidas também são muito boas .

O Atendimento pelo telefone para reservas ou dúvidas é horrível, funcionários mal educados e nenhum um pouco prestativo, atendimento ao chegar no hotel na recepção, foi incrível atendente super educado, e prestativo, a maioria dos funcionários educados e prestativos. O quarto deixou um pouco a desejar no tamanho, quarto seria para 4 pessoas, as camas ficaram bem juntar e sem espaço para circulação. O All inclusive é um pouco limitado, falta opções de cervejas por exemplo, refrigerantes são em garrafas de 2l para se servir, bem chato ficar levantando pra ir buscar, os petiscos próximo a piscina são bem limitados, sem variedades e falta sabor. Estrutura do hotel é um pouco antiga.

Hotel tem tudo para ser maravilhoso, mas é péssimo...estrutura bem antiga, nDa que uma boa reforma nao resolva! Mas o que mais me assustou foi a parte de alimentação, onde a comida é exposta fica cheio de moscas, nao existe controle de temperatura, comida bem tipica (ou seja quem é de fora, nao curte nem um pouco) poucas opções! No segundo dia passei muito mal, vomitei ate minha alma e tive diarreia, ou seja, a partir desse dia nao comi mais nada no hotel, tive q sair p comer todos os dias pq nos corredores sentia o cheiro de comida "azeda", gastei um rim comendo fora pq Natal não é nada barato, ou seja ja perdi meu all inclusive aí (paguei e nao usei)...unica coisa boa foi os drinks, eram bons e pessoal gente boa, os pizzaiolos tb mega gentis...tirando o resto, funcionários totalmente despreparados p atender o turista, fui pedir um gelo levei uma q n pedia mais nada por receio...enfim foi trágico, se eu soubesse teria fechado um hotel bm mais barato, fiquei mt triste e arrasada com tudo... nao indico e nao volto..uma pena...melhor seria ter ido p outros q ja fomos e foi maravilhoso! Um alerta para quem vai c criança, gracas a Deus minha filha n foi!

Bom hotel.
Hospedagem boa, quarto limpo. Achei poucas opções de comida. A área kids e salão de jogos precisa ser melhorada, é muito fraca. A higiene da piscina também deixava a desejar. É um bom hotel, mas não resort.
