It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate.

O cafe da manhã é otimo , o quarto é completo porém tem um detalhe a limpeza não foi feita adequadamente, quando chegamos dava pra ver que o chão foi apenas passado um paninho por cima. Outro ponto negativo é que o estacionamento é pago por diária. Fora isso foi ótimo a cidade que não tinha muito o que se divertir. Mas o hotel bem divertido teve música ao vivo e a área de lazer da piscina muito limpa e organizada.

Péssima Experiência

Não foi muito agradável, por 2 vezes tivemos que retornar a recepção para carregar o cartão já que não conseguimos entrar no quarto, foi solicitado 2 cartões para evitar o constrangimento de descer do 3° andar para acessar o quarto, porém segundo o funcionário não era necessário já que o problema tinha sido resolvido, só que novamente voltou a acontecer, e além disso, tentamos contatar o restaurante do hotel para solicitar um prato, so que depois de diversas tentativas desistimos, depois o hotel alegou que não prestava serviço de quarto, porém apenas queríamos agilizar o pedido e descer apenas na hora de buscar, fora que toda as vezes que colocamos o pé fora do hotel, mendigos ficavam abordando de uma forma bem invasiva solicitando ajuda, vale salientar que eles ficavam em parte da propriedade do hotel e o hotel em nenhum momento intervia para eles não perturbarem os moradores, tivemos que sair um dia antes da diária porque não tivemos uma boa estadia no hotel.
