Se você não liga para sossego, bem estar, tranquilidade e acolhimento, ESSE É O LUGAR PERFEITO PRA VOCÊ! Não há comando e, portanto, seu vizinho pode cantar LIMÃO COM MEL na altura que ele bem entender, sem se preocupar com o bem estar comum! O gerente é um bananao, nem te mudar de hospedagem dentro do condomínio ele consegue (as chances do vizinho do chalé 22 ligar o karaokê no máximo são altas). Ótimo não?! Mas não acabou: leve seus utensílios principais, lixeira, a frigideira, limpeza nota 4, não há pilhas em todos os controles dos AC (mas eles funcionam, UFA!). Levem também loratadina, baygon e sal, pois os lençois de lá estão com cheiro de mofo, a cafeteira estava cheia de teia de aranhas. O sal não é para os ovos no café da manhã, mas para a Gertrudes a PERERECA no armário da cozinha. Pra ser justo, a localização é muito boa e eles conseguem um copo de sal pra você caso necessário, mas não conte com toalhas, eles não disponibilizam (e nem conseguem entregar no momento que você avisar). A experiência de se enxugar com o lençol da cama foi maneira e eu recomendo. Tirando isso, o local é legal, embora eu te orientasse a procurar outra opção melhor custo benefício. Ah! isso tudo se vc conseguir achar o local. A localização que eles dão está errada, conseguimos achar perguntando aos moradores da cidade. Boa sorte :)
