ok hotel on the beach
This hotel is in a great location being on the beach. Nice pool and breakfast was good. It is an older hotel and they dont take really great care of it. I did not have very hot water bur the air conditioner was great and in a good location where it was not blowing directly on me. No elevator and does have stairs. You can walk to some food locations.

Péssimos lençóis para o preço da diária, R$ 640,00 mais R$ 20,00 se estacionamento o que é um absurdo pois não há outra opção de estacionamento senão dentro do hotel. Lençóis manchado de mistos. Reforma na frente do quarto da piscina e da área do deck com trabalhadores.

Fiquei impressionado com a organização do El Aram natal mar, para um hotel 4 estrelas, tive uma bela experiência em família. As condições do hotel ficou devendo, mas a piscina e a cordialidade dos funcionários conseguiu se opor. O buffet de café da manhã e jantar foram excelentes. Tudo muito gostoso.

A parte externa do hotel está linda. Conservada, paisagismo bonito, piscina convidativa, bar molhado bacana. Os quartos estão desatualizados, bem antigos. Ocupamos 3 quartos e os 3 estavam com as mesmas condições. Mobiliário antigo, cama não muito confortável, banheiro com bom tamanho, mas também precisando de reformas. Café da manhã bom. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom.

Precisa melhorar muito para ser ruim
É incrível ver a queda de um estabelecimento, os banheiros precisam de reforma urgente, a água quente é proveniente de “gatos” embaixo da pia, banheiro com limo e lodo, faltando saboneteira, pressão da água terrível, insuficiente e não esquenta. Mobiliário se desfazendo, camas velhas com roupa de cama surradas, funcionários barulhentos e despreparados, não respeitam a placa do “não perturbe”. Porta que dá para a piscina é facilmente aberta por fora, a cortina de blackout não tem nada. Conexão com a internet lenta e falha, a tv acompanha a qualidade da conexão. O serviço da piscina foi terceirizado e chega a ser um insulto os preços praticáveis pela qualidade oferecida, ou seja, a comida é uma po***ria! Café da manhã sem muitas opções, a música da área da piscina incomoda pela altura, e nas atrações ao vivo, uma playlist do spotify seria bem melhor. Precisa melhorar muito para ser considerado ruim.

Bem agradável. O hotel está em obras, logo terá mais piscinas. A vista é incrível. O acesso à praia é um pouco difícil, tbm está em reforma. Funcionários atenciosos e corteses. Café da manhã mais ou menos, poucas opções de frutas. Não dá p ir a pé a pontos turísticos, embora seja bem perto da vila de ponta Negra.
