Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é bom mas sem muitas opções. Mas o que deve ser avisado é que a localização é muito boa mas os turistas devem tomar cuidado, principalmente à noite, com ESCORPIÕES, NÃO no hotel, mas caminhar nas ruas com tenis é aconselhavel .Minha sobrinha foi picada por um escorpião no bairro, e na emergencia ( o funcionario do hotel auxiliou a achar uma emergência à noite) na mesma noite nesse mesmo hospital encontrou uma outra mulher com o mesmo acidente.
