They surprised me with upgrading my room once I got there and it was absolutely fantastic! I have never been randomly given an upgraded room before and was beyond tickled. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the views of the river and downtown was beautiful!

So so, needs upkeep
Beautiful outside. Once inside, decorated beautiful for christmas. Hallway off elevator was extremely hot. Once in room, bathroom floor was soaked from humidity, almost fell. Had to dry with towels and leave door open with vent on. Floor (carpet) between bed and wall was soaked, i assume from ac leaking. Other than that, would have been a wonderful stay.

It was a wonderful place to stay. This was our second time to stay at the Grand. I did hate to see they removed the beautiful staircase that was in the lobby when we stayed there in 2022.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel but the rooms definitely need some updating and TLC. The staff was very friendly, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed the breakfast. Thought having a resort fee was ridiculous.

The property itself was nice but the room was dated and was not cleaned…candy wrappers on the floor by the bed, sunflower shells on the floor in bathroom. Disappointing.

I had booked for a king size bed. When We arrived. It was two double beds. Proof of documentation for reservations for a king size bed. The hotel said Expedia booked a room that was not available. That is called false advertisement.
