Great Family Trip
The room was clean and neat when we arrived, with all the things needed. As we checked in late, we were updated with emails on how to check in. The communication was superb and on point. The room was warm and the amenities were great. The only suggestion would be the towel rack should be lowered.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant was very pleasant and the food was very good. National Park is very small, but a nice place to walk around and enjoy fresh air. The Whakapapa ski resort is about 25 minutes away, quite expensive to get to in a shuttle.

Couple - one night stay
The hotel and room were nice enough. It was comfortable and clean. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The room was only heated by an oil heater which isn’t great. The sink was barely big enough to be of use.
