Room and hotel are very clean. Bathroom amenities were all expired as of Jan. 26. Shower was dangerous…very slippery with no grab bar and no shelf for soap/shampoo. I put a towel on shower floor to keep from slipping. The shower also flooded the bathroom floor big time and we needed towels to wipe it up. Front desk phone was not always answered and when it was, and a request was made, it took a very long time to get what was needed and sometimes it required a second call. Lights on our floor (11) and 12 were not on and it was quite dark…other floors were lit. Airport transfers were available for $25 each way even though some sites showed free airport transportation. Also, the website mentioned a daily Managers Party…ummm no. Not the best place that I’ve stayed.

This property is NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR WHEELCHAIR EXPECIALLY NOT FOR DOUBLE AMPUTEES I requested this the room I paid for was not the room the put me in for the first 3-4 days the room flooded which was a issue walking up at 4am to relieve myself and water all the way in the living room my husband could not take a bath his wheel chair could not get in the bathroom and he could not use the restroom they had purchased him a potty chair and the room was not getting cleaned properly said I have it in written no pool was available no heat and air nothing accessible was for my husband no hot tub this the the reason for the choice I made to have a privater apartment the water flooding led misquotes over excessive and we had to end up paying for the shuttle to the room when we arrived but it says 24hour transportation we also to go to the hospital one day due to the room not being cleaned for dialysis we didn’t want him to catch very unclean we were advise they had rooms to offer but the other were upstairs with no elevator and the drive to the location was bumpy where my husband fell they made promises for refunds and lied with no communication to myself or my husband they pleaded that would never personally stay in those circumstances which I felt they would do they the right I was a promised a refund verbally have reached out a couple of times and reached out in text per WHAT APP and they advise me they did not want negative review and I allowed them to correct the property with min

Breakfast was great, the room large and comfortable and the gym was nice. I was impressed by management as I had a not great dinner experience for room service and they apologised, sent up a fruit basket and the Head of Food and Beverage found me the following day to personally hear my feedback and apologise. Overall great stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. We especially appreciated the small details and hospitality that made our visit special. Would happily return and recommend to others.
