This is small boutique hotel in a great location. Cozy, but very functional rooms with nice amenities. Modern well stocked bathrooms. Located in a nice diverse neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Close to several Metro stops which makes it easy to see the sites in Paris. Walking distance to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette. Get the breakfast option which includes a large variety of items and is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We really liked this place the price is great for the location and the facility itself. The room was big enough, definitely larger than other hotels we stayed at in Paris. The location is great, many restaurants, bus stop 2 minutes walking, and close to the Siene. I wish we would have stayed here instead of the first place where we paid a lot more and location was very close to each other. I definitely recommend this place. The breakfast variety is very ample, with many selections and fresh orange juice at 22 Euros per person. Overall, I considered this place a great value for your dollar.

Better shower and bathroom and bedroom

The hotel was nice, clean. Staff were kind and did their best to accommodate on tough conditions. The tough conditions described are 100+ degree temperatures in Paris. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work for four of the five nights which caused extreme discomfort. The staff provided us with two fans to improve the sleeping arrangements but unfortunately it was not enough. They have offered one night off to accommodate for the inconvenience but I don’t feel that is enough. Overall, good hotel with nice staff, clean rooms but unfortunate circumstances hampered our experience.
