Check-in was quite slow and the room felt dated and could have been cleaner. However, the breakfast was very good and helped make up for the lack of service in other areas.

In general it is a good hotel, rooms are very spacious with nice view, clean bathrooms all high standard but it felt like soulless. The staff was OK but nothing exceptional, we waited for drink before our dinner like forever even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. It's close to the airport so it's a good option for 1 night before or after the flight. Breakfast was very good with tons of options.

I only stayed at the Jetwing Sea for one night, but I wish it had been longer! From the moment we arrived, the amazing staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel is perfectly situated on a beautiful beach and features two fantastic pools. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Dinner was exceptional, made even better by the attentive and friendly wait staff. Whether you're starting or ending your trip to Sri Lanka, this is the perfect place to stay.

We stayed here for three night and had a great time. Friendly staff and helpful pool staff. The breakfast options were amazing. Huge variety to choose from. The only complaint would be the front desk staff were not helpful. Couldn’t answer some of our questions. The bell boys on the other hand were great. Gave us advice on taxis and other questions we had. They seem to know the area well.

We had an excellent experience relaxing at Jetwing Sea. The pool was amazing and was adjacent to the beach which made relaxing by the pool/beach divine. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of options from authentic Sri Lankan to Continental. The wait staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom had a very comfortable layout and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping things clean and tidy. The spa was heavenly and the spa treatment was extremely relaxing. The only opportunity for improvement is communication. The staff at reception seemed to struggle with communication and that made the check in and check out processes very tedious. Overall, however, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend the Jetwing Sea who is looking for a relaxing vacation by the beach, away from any hustle and bustle. I would love to go back to spend more days just relaxing by the ocean and playing at the pool.
