The room was not clean, there were stains on the sheets, no towels. When we asked the cleaning lady for towels she simply said “no.” I then asked when there would be clean towels and again she said “no.” There were hundreds of dirty towels on the floor in the hallways but they never got washed during our entire stay. The cleaning lady finally brought us one towel to share for our 3 night stay. The room caused my allergies to flare up horribly, not sure if it was due to dust or mold. The walls are covered in cloth so I’m sure it holds in a lot of dust. No one was there ever present at the front desk during our entire stay, just the one cleaning lady. The power went out on our last night there and we needed to contact the number on WhatsApp. No one ever showed up to the property, they simply sent images of where to locate the breaker box to turn the power back on ourselves. Extremely disappointed and have gotten no response from the hotel when asking for a partial refund.

Old building , very pretty . Good location . Excellent breakfast

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Always a great stay and experience. Fabulous staff.

Great location and breakfast cappuccinos were awesome a little pricey, but worth it

A luxury hotel, excellent and helpful staff, we were greeted nicely and the staff without asking showed us a map for all Venice and were to go. The hotel rooms was so comfortable, clean and luxury, the breakfast was amazing with all quality and tasteful food, pastries were amazing. The hotel has easy accessible to water ways and taxis, few minutes (2-3 minutes walk) you can reach to transportation and if you pay extra the private taxis takes you directly from the hotel dock.

We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely upgrade to our room! The hotel rooms are wonderful. Very comfortable and quiet. The lagoon is right outside the front door and is stunning at all times of the day. It is a bit of a walk to the main square but easily doable.
