We greatly appreciated the staff; everyone was friendly and engaged in conversation. The beach with its white sands and inviting Caribbean water is absolutely gorgeous One of the drawbacks was the coffee situation in the early morning. It would have been more convenient to have a pot of coffee made instead of making one cup at a time. Thank you, Azul, for a great holiday!

This is the 2nd time we’ve been here in the last 4 months. The resort is fairly dated but the people, pools and beach make up for it. My husband is disabled and is able to get his mobility scooter around the resort. We book a swim out room in the premium section to ensure the scooter can get in and out of the room. The beach is easy for him to drive yhe scooter down the ramp and push it a few feet to hard pack. Someone with zero mobility would not be able to enjoy the beach unless they built a platform a few feet to get to the hard pack. Great vacation.

This resort was very nice but it is clearly playing catch-up on a number of maintenance issues. The unpredictable restaurant schedules and in some cases closed restaurants were very frustrating. The staff will constantly push their travel club on the and the daily spa sales pitch gets old. Also the beach is public and you will be constantly harassed to buy things. Overall a decent trip but I think this resort is playing catch-up from covid and time will tell if they recover or not.

There were a couple areas of the resort (main pool deck and some of the swim up pool bridges) that had some deferred maintenance, but then we found out they are supposed to be getting a major remodel in those areas. It definitely did not affect our use or enjoyment of the property! Our group of 6 enjoyed all the restaurants and amenities. Beach was great, as was the swim up bar. We walked all the way to 7 mile beach- beautiful!

Christina pool bar attendant was amazing. Best attitude and most friendly person at the resort. Second was Kadeen the hostess at the Palms restaurant. Paula in the coffee bar was the third. Our room was amazing! Best room in the entire resort! However they play extremely loud music until 10 or 11 pm on the pool deck so do not expect to get to bed until after then. The food was just ok. Only 3 restaurant options for dinner and 1 was usually closed otherwise the buffet which was not the best. We were lucky to be able to walk or taxi to nearby restaurants to eat so the all inclusive was sort of a waste. Location was amazing. Best spot on the beach & in my opinion better then 7 mile beach. Simply the best location.

It is a beautiful resort! All the staff are very friendly and accommodating! We're going back there next year for a longer period of time. I wish they would have shirts made up with their resort on it. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone! They also have the best beach in Jamaica

We absolutely loved our proximity to the sea and our swim up pool to our own private patio. The food was average at best. Everything was over cooked and under seasoned. You definitely come for the view, not the food.
