Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, some seemed annoyed and uninterested. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came daily and refreshed the room. Entertainment was fun and engaging. Beach was amazing! Well kept, blue and turquoise waters, sugar sand, clean. No problem walking the beach in either direction. Great fresh seafood just off the resort. Road noise was audible from the rooms and some of the pools, but didn’t diminish the overall experience. Enjoyed our stay, would visit again in the future.

STAFF- After checking in we were told there were no bell men available so we had to wait a few minutes. While waiting we noticed that persons that arrived and checked in after us were being escorted to their rooms by the same bell men that were unavailable to us. After waiting for about 40 mins I took our bags and went to find our room. WE DID NOT GET ESCCORTED. The next day after the room was made up we realized that the fridge was not re-stocked. We did not even get water. We called and asked for the fridge to be re-stocked but that did not happen, we had to go to one of the bars for water. About 4:30 that afternoon we realized that there were no clean washcloths so we called and requested some. We called about three times for the washcloths and none were received. The staff completely ignored us. I gave it two stars because its a lovely room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Azul Beach Resort in Negril. The best part was having the beach just steps from our room. The food was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our beach dinner with Damien was a highlight. He promised it would be a night we would never forget, and he was absolutely right. A few details kept this from a higher rating. There was some inconsistency with room towels. Most days housekeeping left two, but on some days we had only one. Aside from our arrival day, we never received a bath mat, hand towels, or face cloths. After a rainstorm, the pool outside our swim-up room became unusable. We expected it could be cleaned within 24 hours, but it took four days before it was usable again. This was disappointing since we paid extra for the swim-up feature. The hotel mentioned they would send a gift basket to compensate for the loss of this service, but it never arrived. We were also approached daily to attend a 45–50 minute resort presentation in exchange for a “gift.” Although we were told it was not a timeshare presentation, we declined multiple times and found the repeated requests intrusive. Overall, a beautiful resort with wonderful staff and memorable experiences.

The beach was beautiful. The staff was nice. Our room good but we could hear the traffic passing outside which was annoying, the food in the buffets was not bad but not always hot. The food in the restaurants was not hot, the service in the buffet down by building 12 was always good but the service everywhere else was.not very good. The restaurants by the main entrance, you cannot really have a quiet dinner in any of them as the entertainment outside is so loud and there are three restaurants there and this made dining experience unenjoyable.

Well from the get-go we were totally ignored and given the run around about why our Expedia representative wasn't meeting at the times that we were told to meet.We had to go down on two different occasions and wait almost an hour for the Expedia representative to tell us that he's not too sure when her departure will be so email him which we did twice and never received an answer and ended up having to pay out of pocket for our transportation from the hotel to the airport even though I've already paid through Expedia. Besides the fact that our room had a toilet leaking for almost a whole day before someone came and fixed it because we had to come down to the lobby twice to remind them and we needed towels to pick up the flooding. We couldn't get into our safe with our stuff in it and that took them over 24 hours to fix. We were swindled by the concierge and told we were getting a free massage and a free gift certificate for the gift shop but then after we came down was told there was an hour and a half presentation which we were not interested in so our whole morning had to be turned around. I've turned to Expedia for help because we were also charged 3 days after our departure for a room fee which then proceeded to have all of my cards canceled because of the unfamiliar charge. I've stayed at over 10 different resorts and I've never had this come up as an issue. When I contacted the hotel about it they told me basically I didn't understand how pre-authorizations worked. The Beach was fantastic. But the resort and the staff seemed tired. Friendly but not much energy. No beach parties, while shows and activities lacked energy. Beach BBQ was delicious, but only saw it once. In fairness, the weather was not great, which was not their fault.

We had to switch rooms twice due to things that weren't working accurately! Once we joined Prestige, we were able to get a Loft Suite. The staff is amazing! So friendly and people friendly! The rooms can really be updated! You should allow the locals to sell their crafts inside the resort! Please change up your entertainment. It was the same as last year when we were there. Also change up the buffet at the Mahogany. The chairs at the bar are very uncomfortable. Actually a guest tipped over and fell hard to the ground. Not even drinking. We Love the seven Mile Beach! It's a beautiful resort that just needs some updates. We'll be back next year again. It's our favorite place in Jamaica ❤️ One more thing, they should have clothing with your label on it ( Azul Resort ).

Excellent staff... poor management is the problem with this resort. The swimming pools, bars and grounds were beautifully maintained. The restaurants(not the plates/silverware/napkins) were very dirty and bugs and not your normal "beach" ants. If you move a table in the Italian restaurant 5 roaches come scurrying out. Dirt and dust on the glass sculpture in the Palms Breakfast restaurant with dead bugs stuck all over the place. Management needs to hire nighttime cleaning crew as the wait staff work very hard and are doing a great job. What needs to be done is outside their job duties and reflective of poor management. Front desk is a mess - need better hotel room software/communications. Rooms are hit or miss - we had a tough experience with a poor room(exposed electrical wires in the shower) but were then placed in a normal/decent room. The location is beautiful... so much potential if you get rid of whoever is running it currently.
