View was terrific. Property was beautiful. Drinks at bar were ok, some drinks were made well, others not so much. Food in general was good but was unable to eat in the 2 better restaurants due to limited availability (one also has a collared shirt/long pants dress code, so be warned). Restaurant hours were hit or miss.
Most of the staff was extremely nice but a few of the younger ones were a little rude).
Had to cut our stay short due to hurricane but was surprised to hear that the emergency stay option for those that couldn't leave and had to shelter there were still going to be charged $300/night even with few of the regular amenities available and possibly sheltering in the conference room. I would have had a problem with that had I been forced to stay.
Were given room credits for unused days due to the hurricane that are available for 1 year, which is nice (as opposed to 90 days). It would have been impossible for us to use them again so soon had that been the case.
