Awful service, stole my money
I know that motels in latin america are sex hotels. That is not why I am leaving a horrible review for them. When I arrived, they were very disorganized and had to call to figure out what expedia (hotels.com) is. Then they put us in room 34, which was tiny, had a moth the size of my hand in it, and in general very poor quality. Mind you I had the reserved the most expensive room, called "senior" here, and in their parlance, VIP. We were tired and they swiped my credit card to pay for the room at the entrance of the room before we entered. I knew that we had to talk to them about this in the morning, but was happy to sleep after a long road trip. The day later, I had to yell at the manager for her to "upgrade" us to Presidential (VIP were all taken). She said maybe we can come to an agreement on price. I told her let's take the difference of what I got (1 night suite, 2 nights VIP) and what I paid for and she agreed to ask the manager to refund this. Then in the VIP room gas made our eyes burn. The hot tub didn't fill up (the next day found out cleaning crew left pipes open so it couldn't fill), and the water cold when filling tub the last night. Refilled it, took a long time to do it with hot water, and called. BTW they don't answer that motel phone all that much. Anyway, asked to turn it on, and an hour later when water is cold, turned on. Last day, wanted to be reimbursed for the extra three nights of VIP level, got on phone with owner and she said no!
