Walls, ceilings had many dirt marks and cobwebs. Door to water closet has filthy hand marks which I removed in 5 seconds. Curtains were filthy and/or ripped. Blind in kitchen didn’t work at all. They did not suit the layout of the windows and entryway. No privacy without blocking light. Zero greeting including check in for a 5 night stay!!!! A posted note on the office door and an unlocked door to a room was all we got. I had requested a room on the upper level many months before we arrived. Didn’t get it or any message indicating this was not possible. Overall impression was not friendly. Motel looked quite dilapitated. I’m not sure how the ratings changed so rapidly since I booked. I would never have booked this place if the reviews weren’t favourable.

Yes the staff were great and room was nice and clean. Just needs a few things sorting out. The free standing lamp wasnt working in the lounge. The kitchen sink tap was loose. Curtains in the bedroom were worn with holes and need replacing. Otherwise all good

The room was clean, and it was nice having our own little "house". The shower was in the spa bathtub, so there was no curtain. We didn't have a specific parking spot, but there was enough around so that wasn't an issue. The staff was great!

The room was tired and dirty. Very underequipped for a 2 bedroom apartment. Fridge was leaking. Some lights did not work. The filters in the air conditioner unit were filthy. The stove cooktop was dirty. There was no milk in the room or offered at check-in. The swimming pool was very dirty.

Bed bugs found in my room, laid on the bed for 20 minutes and saw one crawling around next to me. I moved out and cancelled right away. Responsiveness from the hotel has been difficult for Expedia to refund the reservation. My friend also stayed and said he found roaches in his room.

Very disappointing. You could have a cold or boiling hot shower in the King Bed unit we stayed. Something seriously wrong with shower mixer. Unit tired…needs a face lift. Evidence of water damage in bathroom.

Don’t stay here

Not good at all. Beware as photos are deceiving. Potentially fake. A complete dive!! One towel for two people staying. No hand towels, facecloths, bath mat. So over priced. Would have been better off at a camp ground motel and would have been way cheaper. The hosts will deny the claims I’m sure. Also if you read some of the past reviews, they just don’t stack up. Fake as well probably.
