Super convenient and well appointed hotel that is committed to ensuring their guests are looked after. Beds were comfortable and lovely look out onto tree lined river. The only (minor) downside was the level of noise that carried through from hallway and the plumbing from adjoining rooms.

The first room.was well below 4.5 star and was dissapointing - cracked vanity, incredibly noisey, no proper ventilation in bathroom , and lacked privacy ( cleaning staff walking past front windows and looking in). We moved upstairs and were very happy with the second room - where decor was way better and had a quality feel. We kinda had to push to get a room change and had to pay extra - but so glad we did. We get annoyed advertising photos don't match what we find on arrival.

Stay was very good, shutting the restaurant at 8:30pm is fine but I was surprised ie as ask to leave the bar area. It’s common for cooking to stop but not the hole restaurant bar area to be shut down.
