Highland Lodge
Lovely little town we stayed in on the way back to Oslo from Bergen. There are some nice lake-side walks out the back of the hotel complete with English translated info plaques. Geilo Hotel

Vestlia Resort
This is a ski resort,but we were there in June. Nice rooms,excellent restaurant and very easy parking! Not much around the hotel itself,but it had a lot of activities. Pretty much halfway between Bergen and Oslo if you are driving.
