the beach was amazing i enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas you get included.
the staff was very helpful. food was very good and they have different deals through the week. i recommend upgrading your room to the ocean front views , the other rooms are outdated and so far from everything

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was impeccable! They put a bottle of wine in my room on my birthday. The front desk was amazing and also the housekeepers.

The bathroom in the room smells (no or low ventilation )
There was a waste pipe leaking on the beach (game over for me ,I couldn’t enjoy the beach) see picture

The property was well maintained. The room was stunning and the views were spectacular! Ms Nicky referred me to a driver who was prompt and reliable. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to vacay in St Maarten!!
