Easy and free parking. Helpful staff and in central location with plenty of dining and entertainment options in walking distance. Only downside is if you have mobility issues, room upstairs can be difficult getting to, with steep stairs. But i think you may find this in most hotels around this area

Location was great close to all the restaurants . Very good location for pictures in the main area. The room we stayed in smelled a lot and at times it was unbearable. Breakfast was good just need to work on cleanliness and food safety, not using gloves while cooking and hot in the eating area.

The hotel is close to everything. Our room, while not a cave room, was very adequate. It was clean, had a bathroom with a strong shower, an electric water kettle with tea bags and instant coffee, and a comfortable queen sized bed. Celal Bey and Ahmet Bey were super nice and helpful. Nazlı Hanim provided a delicious breakfast buffet each morning, including eggs however we liked, fried potatoes and a borek. It was delicious. The hotel was well worth the price. We’d definitely recommend and would stay again when in the area.

Amazing property and the best hosts ever. These guys arranged the Balloon tour and the Green tour for me and it was all worth it. Highly recommend this place, the food is great too.

The owner is amazing! He helped me book everything along the way and I had no hiccups in my journey. This is in a cave so you have to expect a cave. It was perfect and budget friendly and it's very close to the main Street.

Nice stay with some issues!!!
I would give this hotel a neutral rating. The outdoor gardens, rooftop terrace, and the hotel lobby and breakfast area are all very cute, well-kept and quaint. But the actual room was more to be desired. One of our beds was in very bad condition (completely sunk, and hard things poking up), so my son had a very difficult time sleeping on it the first night. Of course, we didn't know until he tried to lay down and we informed the hotel and they said they can bring us a new bed the next day because it's at a different hotel. So unfortunately, my son had to sleep in it for one night (very uncomfortable sleep). The bathroom is probably our biggest criticism. The hotel pictures did not show the bathroom at all. there was one photo of one bathroom that seemed to show a sink and a separate shower, but when we arrived, we noticed a very small bathroom with sink and toilet and a shower that had no separate curtain or glass compartment. So when we took a shower, the entire bathroom would get all wet with water splashed everywhere. This was quite inconvenient. We didn't have waterproof slippers to walk into the bathroom when it was wet. And the bathroom smelled a bit moldy. The bathroom door near the bottom had old moldy wood from the inside of the bathroom. Overall, everything else was okay. The breakfast buffet was simple Turkish style. We liked the Gozleme that was made for us every morning (Turkish style flat bread stuffed with ingredients - cheese and dill).
