Kelebek is a nice property to stay, great rooms, full breakfast with a lot of options, and I want to highlight the staff service is amazing, we have some trouble with our room and they solve it immediately and have a compensation respond to the problem so we could have the best experience. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed in the family room. The decor was very nice and cozy. The amenities were all excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and also the view of the hot air balloons from both their restaurant and the rooftop.

When we got there, they had just had some snow fall the day prior. Understandably, some things were beyond their control. Nevertheless, in order for us to reach our room, we had to go up two outside metal stairways This meant that the steps were icy. Employees were clearing out the ice and snow, yet this wasn’t the case on the stairs. There were no accidents during our time there, yet I can’t imagine, what if we had been older people with limitations. As soon as we opened the door to our room, we immediately noticed the stagnant stench of raw sewage. We were forced to open the windows to our room even though it was below freezing outside. In addition to the poor smell, on our final day we smelled cigarette smoke. Neither my wife nor I smoke, so we are very sensitive to this. I don’t know how the smell was coming in, but it was a huge turn off. We noticed this when were coming in to grab our bags right before check-out. the morning after, when we were about to shower, we noticed black mold on the shower floor. I wish we had seen this earlier; otherwise, we would’ve said something. Lastly, a friend accompanied us on our trip. He had his own room in a separate part of the property. We were all away from the property the majority of the day. Upon our return, he found out that other people were inside his room. He found out that there was a mistake and was moved out without his knowledge. He was placed in a very nice room, but we didn’t appreciate the poor communication.

Comfortable stay.
Very authentic, well placed hotel. Old rooms as well as cave rooms are All suite rooms. Breakfasts were OK , hot food nothing to write home about. We ate in the restaurant one night. Again very ordinary food nothing special for the price tag. Wine very overpriced, as well as cocktail evening drinks. Super expensive.. All the staff were very helpful and attention to all our needs were accommodated. Such a shame the restaurant lets this wonderful hotel down. Easy 10 minute walk to town all down hill ,taxi home $4 bargain.

The staff here are amazing! When we first arrived my friend asked where the nearest place was to get cigarettes. The hotel manager/owner (not sure) was already in the town and picked them up for us! He was always around and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and unique with many spots to see balloons without fighting others for a spot. Two restaurants and a spa on property.

One of the best in Goreme! Definitely!
This is a very unique hotel right in the middle of Goreme. We had a beautiful room and I suspect that each room is unique. The room was very spacious and comfortable, all the amenities were great!! The staff were friendly and personable. Breakfast was outstanding and it is on the flight path of all the balloons every morning. Plenty of open places for rest and incredible views!
