The staff here are amazing! When we first arrived my friend asked where the nearest place was to get cigarettes. The hotel manager/owner (not sure) was already in the town and picked them up for us! He was always around and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and unique with many spots to see balloons without fighting others for a spot. Two restaurants and a spa on property.

One of the best in Goreme! Definitely!
This is a very unique hotel right in the middle of Goreme. We had a beautiful room and I suspect that each room is unique. The room was very spacious and comfortable, all the amenities were great!! The staff were friendly and personable. Breakfast was outstanding and it is on the flight path of all the balloons every morning. Plenty of open places for rest and incredible views!

This is a great hotel & experience. The rooms are carved in rock and very beautiful and spacious. Service from staff is great and they help carry bags. Breakfast has plenty of options and views from terrace are breathtaking.
