Wonderful place to stay
Everything was perfect. The only thing I would say is when doing the daily cleaning to run a dust mop over the floor. Being like a cave, little bits fall on the floor that could be easily swept up with dust mop. The employees were all friendly and gave good recommendations and set us up on a great tour!

Very nice!
Very nice atmosphere, good location, nice sized rooms, nice breakfast and friendly hosts. The only recommendation is a small bin in the bedroom (outside of the bathroom).

Comfort: Quality of beds, furniture, and general comfort. 4. Facilities: Availability and condition of amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and kitchen appliances. 5. Safety and Security: Measures in place to ensure guest safety, such as secure locks and well-lit areas. 6. Customer Service: Responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff. 7. Value for Money: Comparison of the cost against the quality and features provided. 8. Noise Levels: Assessment of how quiet or noisy the accommodation is. 9. Accessibility: Ease of access for guests with disabilities or mobility issues. 10. Aesthetic Appeal: Visual appeal and ambiance of the accommodation. Final score = 9/10. 0.5 points lost for accessibility - the terrace is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. 0.5 points lost for facilities - kitchen applicances would have made this an almost perfect stately. There are tea/coffee making appliances available but being able to make a meal would be handy given the very early starts. Overall an amazing hotel with great staff. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff
Service was amazing! Thanks to Noah particularly, he's been really helpful. All the team was present and pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We were with our baby and we felt welcome. Unfortunately there's no AC and no fridge in the room. It was really hot and humid. I would definitely return to this place. Thanks!

Great location and service was good but we didn’t stay for the full time we booked as we couldn’t sleep as the room was an oven. Temperatures were higher than normal, room didn’t have aircon so it was so hot. They provided a fan but all it did was blow hot air around. We slept with the door wide open and the window open but it was still incredibly hot. So if you are not used to very hot room temperatures, stay somewhere else. They did offer upgrade us but we didn’t feel a different room was going to be better.

Staff & property's location & features made our stay a pleasant & memorable one. Perhaps one area of improvement to be considered is the starting time of breakfast be earlier, let's say 7.30 instead of 8.30. The ending time can be brought forward to be fair to staff's work load & the hotel owners' cost. Earlier start also means that travellers can move on to their day's plan in cooler weather as the heat increases as the day progress.

Great little hotel. Received a very warm welcome. We left our car on the main road & walked up to the hotel & were directed to where we could park almost opposite the hotel entrance. Hotel room was comfortable, although our room would of benefited from blackout curtains. Buffet breakfast was good. The terrace was great, you could watch the balloons from it
