Road trip from west TX to TN and stopped here for the night, bed and bathroom was decent - room was clean. The ac was off in room when we arrived so was very muggy in there but it worked when we turned it on so not a huge deal. There was no chain latch, looked broken off which was a bit concerning but the deadbolt worked. Tv worked well and had great channels. Breakfast was okay but waffles tasted a little off so we just ate some yogurt. Overall average to good stay. Nothing bad but nothing great. Would be fine to stay there again.

The owner took the smoke detector out of our room. Tons of cockroaches and other bugs everywhere. Refused to clean bugs or fix smoke detector. The owner was beyond rude and aggressive when we brought the bug problem to his attention. Would rather have slept in my car
