Below expectations

This hotel cost more than the others in the area so I was expecting something decent. Unfortunately this resembled a motel 6. I will say that the front desk lady was amazing and so nice. The room was muggy and had a weird smell. The bathroom was beat to hell. The bed was hard. There was only 1 plug near the bed. Had loud people around. It was just really banged up and kinda nasty. I wouldn't recommend this place. Especially for what they are charging. Very disappointed.

Front desk staff, Nesha and another young woman, were so friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean and fine. Would return simply because of the staff.

The hallways smelled really bad, but the room itself was clean. When we first arrived, it smelled like someone was feeding their cat wet cat food and the smell was lingering the whole weekend we were there. Front desk staff was very friendly and nice. We did not complain about the smell because it’s not something they could fix if it was actually a guest.

First off, a dog was barking in the neighboring room, which was very annoying. My wife has severe allergies, and the thought of a canine having been in our room, on our bed, before us was appalling. The mattress was a spring mattress and creaked every time we moved or sat on the edge, and our backs ached in the morning. Horrible stay. Never choosing Candlewood Suites again.

The only issue we had were ants. They streamed out from the electrical socket on the prep counter next to the sink. Besides that minor inconvenience, the stay was great. We will return.

Nice big clean room and the check-in lady was very friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean. Had a double bed kitchenette and it was perfect for our 2 day stay.

When I arrived the front desk clerk said your room should be clean. I arrived two hours after check-in time and it was not clean. Then had to ask the front desk clerk for a different room and he looked very stressed out and was explaining how diamond members can stay up until 2. I was thinking that is none of my concern I should not have to go to the room to find that they are just now cleaning it. My fault for not knowing it is a extended stay hotel. It was just okay, floors are thin and the people stomping around in the middle of the night keep me up.
