Poor facility maintenance. Room had live cockroach in shower, and dead cockroach outside room door. Room door opened half-way because of door hanging. Food from prior customer was left in microwave. Half the lighting didn't work, burned-out bulbs and lamps not plugged in. Night stand lamp had no switch, only a cord that had to be plugged into wall to turn on-off. Air conditioner fan was very noisy and loud enough to awaken us every time it turned on. TV did not work. Breakfast area had food scattered on floor and tables were not bussed. The linens and bathrooms were neat and clean. Food was alright. Manager did not contact us; I left a written page outlining the problems.

The staff was nice. It was quiet and felt very safe but the hotel was not kept clean. Elevator floor was sticky, the common area carpeting by the 4th floor elevator had food crumbs the 2 days we were there so nothing was every vacuumed. Indoor pool water was cloudy and ice cold.

This location had pretty good reviews, so we went with it. Our daughter was especially excited about the indoor pool. However, the first night we had unpacked and were getting ready to sleep I noticed a few small dead roaches in the bathroom floor. The next morning, I had also noticed along the side of the mattress my daughter had slept on had small curly hairs (DEF not from her body or from our family at all, who had not been on that bed). Because of my obligations I was too busy to request a new room, so I didn’t have an opportunity mention anything to the staff until we were requesting more towels at the front desk. She seemed to be unconcerned and said that if we need them to come and spray they would do that. I walked away thinking that I don’t want fresh pesticides in our room. No other options were offered. The walls were also pretty grody, and around the beds against the walls had dust, hairs, and crumbs. The pool was far from inviting. It was murky and freezing cold. My daughter was adamant about swimming so she stayed in 5 minutes before giving up on any hope of enjoyment. I told her to not put her face under water at all because it seemed questionable. Not to mention the loud fan haphazardly placed in the wall drowning out any hopes of enjoying a conversation with your company. I’m usually not one to give negative reviews but I was actually very disappointed in this stay.

Bathroom was is poor condition. Leak in the sink faucet that pooled water in the floor. Only one light in the bathroom worked. Broken hair dryer. Hairs on bathroom floor. Torn shower curtain that would not close. Mold on ceiling. Light by desk did not work.

The room had a lot of wear and tear. The couch in the room was old and sunk in. The cabinet where the fridge was located looked old and had many wear marks. The white comforters had red stains. The exercise room was out of order. The bathroom sink was clogged. I notified the front desk about the clog and they did fix it later that day. Breakfast was to start at 7, however, many items like the eggs, sausage, drink machine were not available until closer to 7:40 am. We had to leave for an appointment so we really didn't get breakfast. I feel like I paid too much for my stay, for the small amount of amenities that were available.

Budget hotel

It’s a budget hotel. The air conditioning was one of those things at the window that makes noise all night. The phone and the clock weren’t even plugged in. I had to find that when I got here. The remote control for the television set didn’t work and had to be replaced. The bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper and needs repair. It really wasn’t that great

Called to ask if they had baby cribs available, was told yes while making reservation, arrived there and no cribs available at all. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, the cleaning ladies just gossip and dont clean
