Stayed in town due to a death in the family. Went to check in at 5pm. Well after chrck in tjme. Had to wait 20 min between no one at the desk, no one answering their phones and then he had to check to make sure rooms were clean. We rented two rooms, One of our rooms didnt have a working phone, and hot water juat magically stopped working. The other room had the biggest roach id ever seen in my life. Non helpful staff, breakfast was mediocre at best. Do not stay herr! Avoid at all cost!

Decent stay
Customer service was non existent and the breakfast was pretty much out of food the 3x I checked. Hotel was fine and clean.

The staff was pleasant, the sheets and towels were clean. We were there just to sleep. We had a balcony, we could not access it was locked with a key and had duct tape? Tub had mold around the tub and need some calk. We showered and water ended up on the floor outside of the bathroom. There was tape on the arch walls that look like it had been there for a while. Propery needs some TLC.

We could never receive assistance at the front desk. Both rooms did not have hot water and the bathrooms had mold. The ceiling was bulging from apparent leaks that were not tended to. This entire place was not well kept. I will never stay here again.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable, but it was not clean and looked like part of the walls were coming off and i found dead crickets under the sink
