We did have trouble with the AC in our room. While it was technically working the room would not cool down never falling below 71 degrees. In the living room area we were sitting and literally sweating.

2nd in last two months initial stay was in the middle of renovations and required to move rooms due to water shut off small inconvenience but otherwise the stays were amazing rooms clean and fresh, full breakfast kitchen amazing along with all other amenities very safe place especially with teens parking area spacious with various entrances kids loved the pool area looking forward to traveling to San Marcos Texas again very friendly

My family and I stayed at this fabulous establishment. We were there with our son to drop him off for his freshman year of college. The staff was great, the breakfast was great, we received free complimentary drinks upon arrival. We loved the fact that its was close to the university with plenty of shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you all for making us feel at home.
