Our stay started great with check in, however when we found ants coming out of outlets and in the beds there was limited staff and resources to remedy the problem. The young lady at the front tried to be as helpful as possible but it was her first night and she wasn’t prepared to handle the issue in sold out hotel. We were given a can of bug spray and new bedding to fix ourselves. Everyone else in our party said their rooms were great! Breakfast was good and the pool was clean. Just an unfortunate experience in our room that cost $250 for one night…

Everything was great! The breakfast was great! Building was clean! The staff was so friendly! Only downfall was the mini fridge was not cold. Our food that we just bought was going to spoil until I filled out cooler to keep everything cold.

The stay was great. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that was not so good were the pillows. They were just a bit on the small side and hard to get comfortable with.

Not the best but not the worst

The room smelled HEAVILY of chemicals. Like cleaving supplies, which I guess isn’t the worst thing, but it was STRONG. There were ants in our bathroom, which wasn’t great. But I do enjoy a stay at Hampton Inn. From the breakfast to the amenities and the closeness to where we needed to be, I would most likely stay here again.
