The 1 complaint is, looks like housekeeping came, changed the tras bags, left trash can on counter in thr BR. Did not make bed or switch out the towels.

Lack of towels but ok stay.

People were pleasant. The room only came with two bath towels and did not have a floor towel which I thought was odd. Also, the bedding is not cotton so I ran very hot even with the ac set to 63. Hubby woke up sore from the mattress.
