I was quite pleased with the parking facilities. The room was kept perfectly by the friendly housekeeping staff. A basic yet cozy stay that satisfied all of my requirements.

The room was advertised as accessible, but it was not. For one thing, the room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Also, the doors were too narrow to be wheelchair accessible. The tub and toilet did not have safety handles or rails. We did not need for the room to be accessible, so it was not a problem for us. However, it could be a problem for someone who is making a reservation and does need these amenities. It should not be advertised as accessible.

Outdated with many broken items. Walls patched, door knobs hanging off, exhaust fan hanging out of wall, and rust everywhere. Staff were very nice. Easy parking. Great food in the area.

Great spot for after the river and want to save $
If you’re looking for someplace to crash after a day on the river, this place hits all the marks. Wow, the building is pretty old, it is very clean and has what you need to unwind. I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast, but I grabbed a cup of coffee each morning and it was delicious. Their photos show a waffle iron but there is no waffle maker. Room is clean, AC works well, quiet spot, a stones throw from several restaurants. The room had a fridge and microwave. I’d stay there again floating the river in new Braunfels.

The property is out-dated. The carpet in one of our rooms was wet from the fridge leaking, the bathroom fans didn’t work, and the swimming pool area was dirty. However, the beds were comfortable and there was water and snacks in a thank you box in each room.
