For breakfast they have eggs and link sausage. There is a pancake maker, and the rest is basic. I only choose the building across the parking lot bc they are inside entrances. Those rooms only have double beds. They are very comfortable. The rooms are always clean. This is my 2nd time staying in the building across the parking lot. If you need a larger bed those are outside opening rooms kinda like motels.

Ants pile corner of the bed roaches everywhere had to switch to 3 different hotels ac not even working and smelt like pee.

The first room they gave me was 30 and smiling, so I went back to the front and asked for another one. The second one was not as good, but we decided to stay because most of the times you don’t get your refund. So I went ahead and book another night at the Fairfield. Much better.

Dirty rooms

They gave me a key when I checked in and the room had not been cleaned. I went back to the office to get another room and it wasn’t cleaned either. Don’t stay here!!! If you do, bring a black light!! Just FYI. Cancelled reservation and went to another hotel.

As soon as I walked in to room I went straight to the bathroom. After I closed the door. I looked around and saw a live roach by the faucet. Restroom wasn’t swept or mopped. The liner in bathtub was coming apart. When I sat on side of bed all I could feel was hard wires. The plugs weren’t working. The pool was filthy. Total hotel needs a thorough cleaning.

I didn’t like how there was a guy walking around in a back pack who asked us if we were leaving. I saw him going around the parking lot couple times. The place was dirty. In the restroom there was dirt like if it didn’t got swept and the fridge didn’t work that was the main reason why we chose this hotel. So we had to go buy bags of ice to kept the food from going bad. Another thing breakfast wasn’t good there pancake machine wasn’t even working.

I should have slept in my car.

Besides being old and run down, whenI turned down the bed covers, there was some kind of debris in them. The phone was broken, so I had to get into my car at 9 something in the evening to report it. The attendant said she would have someone change the bedding. That never happened! I spent the night in a broken recliner—sleepless. La Quinta said they could not refund my payment. The grass had not been mowed and there was only one available plug. It was horrible!

Yuck. Won’t stay here again.

I really wanted to say something like “for the price, it was a great stay” but I can’t. We were met by tiny roaches running across the dresser and bathroom floor, the air conditioner took a whole 24hrs before it even began to cool off the room, the carpet was wet, and the sheets smelled like they’d been left 3-4 days in the washer then dried and put on the bed. Breakfast was a choice of a flat pancake-shaped egg with sausage links or stale cereal. They decided to shock the pool in the middle of the day on our first day, so we couldn’t use the pool at all. Check-in lady was super nice, though.
