Token security lock in room. Old fixtures in bathroom that sprayed water everywhere. Fixtures coming off of wall in shower. Front desk person on phone when needing asst. needed to get my room key recoded to open the door open anddesk person reactivated the key without asking me for ID.

Don’t Stay Here

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked anytime you moved. The towels had stains on them. The gate to the pool did not lock. There was hardly any furniture at the pool and what they did have was in terrible condition. The bathroom at the pool was out of service. The grass needed to be cut, hedges were in desperate need of pruning and flower beds were full of weeds. We booked a stay for 3 nights. After the second night I asked if we could check out a day early because our softball tournament was cancelled due to the flooding in the hill country. I was told we could not be issued a refund for the third night. To make matters worse, there was another lady at the desk who wanted a room and they didn’t have any available. She offered to pay me for my room and take it and they said we couldn’t do that. We left even though they wouldn’t refund the third night and the other lady didn’t get a room. Others from our team stayed at different properties who refunded them to the extenuating weather circumstances. I will not be staying at LaQuinta for future travel needs, it was a terrible experience. I told them I would not be writing a positive review when we left and they said that’s fine, they didn’t seem to care. I recommend looking elsewhere if you need to stay in Seguin.

I booked this hotel in error and called within minutes of booking and they refused to refund my money. I live in Canada and booked this hotel in Texas completely by accident. They would not even listen to my reasoning and refused to refund my money. Horrible service
