I had a great stay. The staff were very welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for relaxing. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I left a message with the hotel so that they may address the issue, but I will not be staying there again. As there was roach feces on the plugin outlet in the restroom. The blow dryer was plugged into it as well and it too was full of feces as well.

The staff was rude and not helpful. They tried to charge me for my service animal. They changed my room to the nosier room right by the front desk and breakfast bar was backed up to my whole room. It was loud every morning. We walked bare foot on the floor in our room and our feet were so black on the bottom. Very dirty!!! There was a roach crawling on the wall!!!! We will never be back!
