As soon as i pulled up the manager yelled at me to move my vehicle. The manager Melissa anyway that is what she said yelled and screamed at me. Then when i went on the office to check in, because i reserved a room for 2 days. Melissa said she cancelled my reservation and told me to leave. I asked for the owners name and phone number, Melissa said she's not giving the owners name or number. She kept telling me to leave. That's not how you treat your customers. I will never stay at a hotel 6 again.

Expected better

The laundry room was broke. There is a particular smell that is not fresh. The room was not clean. I saw baby roaches in my room. The experience in its entirety was not pleasant.
