Everything was great but i did NOT get the room we picked on our reservation. We made a reservation for a double room king suite and we got a single king bed 1 room.

I reserved the rest of my stay somewhere else.

There were some black insects along the wall. We only had three pillows. The refrigerator would not cool our drinks. No laundry area.

The beds where stained of idk what, shower was dirty you could see the dust on top floors had trash/ dirt like not vacuumed the remote didn’t really work. However the guy Willy was the friendliest one there! Over all we didn’t stay much in the room so it was whatever but definitely will not go back

Half the curtains were missing. No privacy. Other guests stole my delivery. Front desk didn’t do anything about it at the time, they called back after I checked out- to offer me money- for the theft the night before I asked them to look at, when I was sleeping so close to thieves, and then no a/c. Ew this place promised for the whole family partying til 3am in the parking lot with their kids and stealing other guests food- and never did anything! DO NOT STAY HERE
