Cockroaches!!!

This was the worst one ever! We only stayed one of the three nights I had booked due to cockroaches in the room. We killed 3 on the wall before we checked out and went to another hotel for the remainder of our stay. The person at the desk, Jennifer Coalston, was extremely rude and would not do anything but offer us another room. That is exactly what we needed was a larger room with more cockroaches! We asked for a refund due to the cockroach problem and Jennifer would not offer any information on when the manager would be in and basically was extremely RUDE!!!

Okay but not recommended

Older hotel in decent shape. Bed was comfortable, but room was rather noisy between the traffic right outside and the loud air conditioning, which thankfully worked well. There is free breakfast, but so bad that we didn't eat it the second morning. Our room was not made up or replenished even though we removed the "do not disturb" sign by 10AM. Front desk staff was friendly, but not so much other staff members. The hotel served our purposes, but we wouldn't stay there again.

The facility was not as expected from the fotos on t h e web site. The room reeked of tobacco. I called Hotels.com to cancel my reservation and refund my money. I did not stay. I was told I would get an email regarding the cancellation but have not yrt received that.

Place was great woman who works in the morning was very kind to my sister. Let her get breakfast a little bit late because we woke up a little bit after time was very kind to her gave her things to bring back to the room for me and my husband. My sister loved the pool. They stay open until 10 o’clock and she for sure was there longer than that they didn’t make her get out and it was at least 1030 by the time she came back to the room very nice kind people very lovely room I’ve been here many of times at least four times have loved it every time never have seen a roach or anything wrong with my room. I always get my deposit back. It never fails. It does take a few days, but I always get it back. They also had a hot tub that was very hot. Lovely!! Definitely recommend staying here well worth the price.!
