Was very excited about this property. Loved the set up and space. Sadly the location is not very convenient as I thought it was within the main park resort. Our first night we realized how this place was not great. You could hear every step noise from the people up stairs. We could not sleep. We were woken up at 6 am again by constant noise from the people above us. To top it off the smoke alarm started to beep due to low batteries. We found a roach in the bathtub that same morning. Needless to say, we requested to cancel the rest of the stay and got a different hotel. Staff was nice and understanding and made sure we weren’t charged for the rest of the days. Do appreciate them.

The resorts location is extremely convenient to the water park and the staff is extremely friendly/helpful!!! However, the rooms and areas around it could use a good refresh and deep clean. There were multiple spider webs lining the stairs and patio and there were some bugs in our room.

The listing is very misleading. To get access to most of the amenities shown in the pictures costs another $40+ per person.

The staff were all kind but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We booked a 2 day stay and actually left a day early. We could’ve stayed but the bathroom was quite small with no bar to hang towels or place to put bathroom essentials- especially for a family of 4. The shower curtain helped to keep water in as long as the water was 3 feet above the curtain - as the bottom of it was 3 feet from the floor. In other words, the whole bathroom was wet after 1 shower. Air was set at 67 but it was 75 degrees in our room. The cherry on top was when the smoke detector started beeping at 3am. It’s awesome they let you bring food into schlitterbahn but I’m wondering if they charged for food if they could use some of that money to update these rooms.

We love this place! We loved everything about it! The movie nights with the free popcorn and smores for the kids was awesome!! All the staff we ran into was helpful and friendly! We cannot wait to come back!

Check in the room. Check the bed there was dried blood on sheet, change them just find more on blanket. Told front desk and when housekeeper came in got the blanket. I show her, and she was like huh must be blood or something. Bathrooms had hair everywhere and towls seem used. Hair on the wall. Just a very dirty room. If want cleanness this is not the place. But the only professional person was front desk. Super helpful and nice.

Our stay was great, staff was friendly and very helpful. The property itself was a little dated and falling apart, the front door bottom metal seal had nails sticking out (very dangerous for kids) The inside window curtain hangers were falling down. Other than that everything was provided and comfy. We really loved the movies outside and the snacks provided.

It was actually fine, the only inconvenience was getting to the room, the hotel itself is old but comfortable, there is barbecue facilities in the surrounding area, the good thing about staying there is that you are close to the park and you can come and go, you have to bring your own food, there is no cooking inside, alcoholic beverages are not served, there is food inside, I don't know the prices because I brought my own food.
