hotel is fine, older one but fine. the staff is fine, its just the surrounding area is a little sketchy. You are on the backside of a truck driver type parking lot feels like a sketchy place where sketchy stuff happens.

The sheets on the bed in our room were dirty. We were moved to another room. The bathroom tile is chipped and missing grout. The rooms have vinyl flooring and when we went to bed we realized that we had been walking in the room in bare feet and our feet were filthy. I don’t think the floors were ever washed. Needless to say, we’re disgusted. I honestly have never stayed in a dirtier hotel.

I can't say for sure but one of my kids woke with red welts/bites all over her legs. Not a pleasant stay. Was anxious to leave. Run down parking lot/sketchy characters.

Overnight stay with 3 friends. Room was clean and comfortable and fulfilled our basic needs. Breakfast server was surly and breakfast was sparser than a normal meal at this kind of hotel.

The hotel and room was up to date in appearance, however, our room was unclean. There was hair in one of the beds, and red specks on the bathroom wall that I quickly cleaned up. I moved an ottoman and an old lipstick rolled out from under it. The staff was pleasant during check in and contactless checkout was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was scarce due to maximum capacity guests, but poor staffing. No coffee, not enough food put out, and the dining area was unkept. The staff in the dining room consisted of 1, and she apologized for the poor conditions. I did not complain at all, and the management needs to properly staff for busy weekends, and have some quality control on room cleanliness. Again, the staff was very nice.

Mediocre hotel.
Hotel was a disappointing stay. Stains on mattress and walls. Furniture in room was chipped and worn. Room needed deep cleaning of floors and mirrors. elevator walls too. No working plug in between double beds. Distinct smell in downstairs lobby. Odor was present unsure of what odor it would be. Hotel breakfast eggs were unedible.

I have no clue how it got the rating it did
Sticky floors, cockroach, stuffy rooms, thin walls and an echo chamber from lower lobby level were not great. Our refrigerator also quit working and we had to throw out a few things. The bedding was clean, the towels were clean but the rest was iffy for the rating we based our booking off of.
