The staff was very accommodating. Kathy was the first person I talked to when I arrived and she was so friendly and nice. There were two other women I met at the reception but I did not get their names and they were very nice as well. The room was nice and I appreciated the very big screen tv along with the refrigerator and microwave. Everything was nice about the room and the hotel.

Water was leaking from the ceiling in my restroom. And they had construction going on at site and extension cord was ran in front of my door not taped down. It was a trip hazard. Never stay at this property eft at 3:30 in morning could not handle conditions

First night the ac and toilet didn’t work. Second night the ac was noise was manageable but the biggest concern was the toilet was semi fixed. The toilet ran the whole first night and told the front desk the next morning and it was fixed of the running noise but then it would take multiple flushes to flush the toilet. The next concern was the the cleanliness of the bathroom there was hair in the shower and on the floor like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The last straw was pulling the sheets back on the bed to make sure the was nothing left to find spots of blood all over them.

Room and accommodations were okay. Customer service was unsympathetic after telling them my vehicle had been broken into. Busted out window and stolen from. Very nonchalant in saying no after i asked about surveillance of parking lot. Very upsetting. Checked out day earlier and asked about comping room or offering refund told no.
