Clean, comfortable, affordable

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s so rare that I find a room that is that clean in any hotels so this was a treat. I love that the toilet was had a semi-privacy wall from the sink and shower. I forgot to take pictures of the bed, but there were ample pillows and a soft duvet. Breakfast offered hot and cold options, juice, coffee, and lemon water.

Beautiful and clean. The room we were in was brand new and I’m not even sure anyone else has ever stayed in it. It was larger than most hotel rooms. The breakfast area was pristine. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property is very modern, roomy and simple.There are alot of mirrors and the colors are relaxing.The breakfast was very good and offered many options. The cost of lodging with free breakfast is well worth the money. The refrig and freezer compartment actually work. I would recommend they shampoo the carpet spills. The property is 11 years old but you would not know it.

Great location for a visit to The Wilds. The room was large and spacious. The breakfast options were a bit lacking and the carpets weren’t necessarily the cleanest but overall a nice stay.

Staff was welcoming and upbeat, relaxed and professional at same time! Bfast was 4/5, Bagels were old and dry. Coffee was very good, strong and fresh. Room and amenities exceptional, esp shower. Our roof was on fifth floor, so we could hear the rain pounding down on roof. Loved that👍 The aircon thermostat didn’t seem to work so it had cooled the room to down 62F, by 2:30 am! I had set it at 69 when we got into room! Soo turned it completely off, we could sleep and not shiver😂 Would highly recommend your establishment and we will be back in future😎

The cost was the cheapest in the area for the weekend I booked, which was my incentive for booking. The check in was not the best though. We arrived around 4:30 and we walked in to no one at the counter and no bell or anything to ring. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but it almost turned into 15 minutes of standing there waiting before any worker came back, which was frustrating. Calling the front desk did not even get anyone’s attention. Then the next day, I returned to my room in the evening and neither card would get me in. I had to get them rescanned at the desk by a different employee who informed me the other worker failed to check we booked more then one day, and apparently that had happened more then once already with other guests. No other further issues besides that, however. The room was nice, large and had perfectly comfortable beds. There were many stains on almost all the carpets in the room and the hallway, though which was unpleasant.
