Frozen in Truro.
My friends and I went to Truro for a night away. It was fairly cold that night. When we got to our room we had to change the ac to heat. We went out for supper, hoping the room would warm up. Upon our return the room wasnt warm. After fiddling with it all night we could feel heat but only after standing next to the heater which is under the window. When the heat was working the curtains would blow out, sending the heat upwards to the drafty windows. We tried to find something to hold down the curtains, including our own possessions but nothing worked. I have stayed here many times before, mostly in the summer so it wasnt much of an issue but given the price of hotel rooms nowadays I wasnt impressed. Thats why the "eco friendly" only recieved 2 stars.

Love the water pressure
Great to stay here again, love the mindful touches, like the refillable soap and shampoo, as well as the fully biodegradable coffee pods. Big fan of the water pressure in the shower always nice.
