Whilst receptionist did her best, the computer system went down so we couldn’t check in. We had to go find dinner and when we returned check in was easy & quick. The room is dated, the aircon can not be turned on or off via controller so its either fully on or nothing. Everything is brown in decor and looks grubby, would not recommend at all. Staff nice though!

We arrived at the hotel for check-in at 3:00 PM, which is the standard check-in time. The customer service manager informed us that our room was not ready due to a shortage of cleaning staff, and we were asked to wait. We waited for over an hour, during which time we saw other guests being checked into different room types without issue. It was reasonable to assume that the manager had already instructed the cleaning staff to prioritize our room, given we were waiting in the lobby. However, when we followed up after an hour, the front desk staff told us that no such communication had been made to the cleaners. Only after we specifically requested to speak with the manager again did they finally contact housekeeping to prioritize our room. This delay and lack of communication were entirely avoidable. Given they were aware of the short staffing issue, it should have been basic protocol for the manager to immediately coordinate with the cleaning team to prepare our room as a priority. Instead, we were left waiting unnecessarily due to poor internal coordination.

I loved everything about this property with the exception of one thing, the restaurant. The front desk staff, housekeepers in the hallways and the housekeeping coordinator we met in the elevator were fantastic and so nice. The hotel property was nice and clean, the pool was so juch much for me and the kids. The size of the rooms was great, beds were comfortable and parking easy. The restaurant was a complete disappointment. We went for dinner and it took over an hour for our food. Once the food came the quality was horrible. Two meals were not even eaten. It showed the restaurant staff were either overwhelmed or just hated their jobs. Our bill was over $100 for four of us which is usually normal but for the service we got and the quality of the food I was extremely disappointed. I would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat. Just would avoid the restaurant.

The pool is well maintained .The breakfast had a lot of variety only wish that non dairy and gluten-free options were available but still lots of options to eat. The dinning menu was fantastic with gluten-free available. Staff so friendly and helpful.
