The pillows were rock hard and super small. The sheets had pen marks in them and the smell in the room was horrible, which they blamed on the town’s sewer problem. Had a restaurant that was good, but other than that I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great location and staff, especially in the restaurant. Can walk to the shops and 3 other restaurants (although the hotel restaurant is the only one open on a Monday). Convenient for visiting students at St Xavier University. However, overpriced for what is essentially a motel with a better than average restaurant. Had to request softer more flexible pillows. Woken by noise of shower in an adjacent room etc.

I could not have the window open to get fresh air as there was a smell of old seaweed or moss that was very strong. There was also a chemical smell in the air and the carpets were not kept.
