The desk staff was wonderful!! Went overboard with their friendly, helpful ways. The housekeeping staff, however, was neglectful and untrustworthy. I went to make a cup of coffee on my first morning there and there was an old, moldy pod in the basket. I wrote a note stating just that: I couldn’t make coffee because the pot is not cleaned. I left the basket open with the written note on top. When I returned that evening the coffee pot looked exactly the same (dirty) and my note was gone. Trash was not emptied, bathroom was not cleaned, and my phone charger I left on the nightstand was missing. I left a $5.00 tip on that nightstand when I checked out 2 days later,(which I now regret doing). I probably won’t book there again.

Firstly they have the pool closed because they cannot afford to hire someone. They did not offer breakfast, they had eggo waffles and a prepackaged donut. No blankets only sheets. No pillows, the pillows they did offer on the bed were throw pillows. The beds in 6 different rooms you could feel the bed springs in your back. Overall the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I stayed at that location for my step daughter's wedding . No room discount was offered because i booked through expedia

Well it started with Hotels.com ruining by mot extending my payment to the hotel. Now Horels.com is keeping my money until who knows when. I had to cancel with Hotels.vom and rebook the stsy. Horrible service by Hotels.com. I will not use Hotels.com again.

This hotel served its purpose for a one night stopover, and the rate was ok. However, the properry felt run down and dirty. There was a price list in the bathroom outlining what each item costs should it be taken by the guest. I've never seen that.
