We were literally a family of six just looking to sleep to break up a long road trip. Toilet did not work & when I reported to the heal, they were unphased & offered no help. We used the “if it’s mellow” rule & used the lobby potty for any #2 bathroom business but not ideal for a family of 6 on the 7th floor. Also planned on using pull out sofa for sleeping arrangements but no bedding in room & when I asked front desk for it was only provided sheets, no pillow or blanket. We made due with a blanket & pillow we had for travel in the car. Also directly by interstate so not quiet — heard traffic all night. Breakfast staff was kind & helpful.
