I love that the property itself feels a little quaint. The staff was personable and the room was clean and hotel was well maintained. It’s close to the interstate so there is a little noise, but altogether a great stay. The continental breakfast was wonderful!

The slamming of doors in the hallway after hours was sometimes annoying. (but I guess there will always be some inconsiderate people.) Otherwise, we would consider staying at that hotel again.

We were charged twice for our room and customer relations was zero help and offered no compensation of any kind. Not even an apology! The girl at the desk who checked us in had no clue what to do and there should have been some management staff available to assist her and us. Room is very small and bed is definitely not a queen size. Overall, very poor experience! Such a disappointment, as I love this town.
