The one of the most annoying thing I can say is that the doors of your room slam as you enter your room. All I heard last night were doors opening and slamming closed throughout the entire stay. Did not get much sleep at all.

The first room wasn't clean at all. Had hair on the bed sheets. Burnt stains cigarette stains but I complained to the front and they changed my room. He hesitated first to change my room. Then he changed it. But the other room was okay. It was better than the first one. But the water pressure was amazing.

This property has a million and one options for eating, with in walking . When you walk through the doors it is always clean. If you have to wait a second you can sit on the furniture and it is clean. They have a computer and printer in case you need to print a document right fast. The staff are a group of great people and there is no shady business going on here …. I 20/10 would recommend a stay here.

I did not stay at this property. They had the booking up and called me to tell me to call Expedia to ask for a refund.Then when I called Expedia they told me this had to be done with the hotel. Then I called the hotel and the man at the desk said he would process a refund. The refund was never processed .. I paid for a service I did not recieve .. but the Holiday inn across the street was good .

Housekeeping threw out my belongings. Had to get the police involved for the staff to even do anything. They were completely rude. Tried saying nothing happened but looked at the video with the police and saw them throwing out my belongings. As I left housekeeping found my belongings in the trash and were completely rude about returning it. Bed sheets were also stained with what some kind of bodily fluid I dont want to think about.

The sheet had a burn hole in it, front desk said that no extra sheets to change it. The flip lock on the door frame was broken and barely hanging on but was functional.

Absolutely will not stay again
Room had two singular towels in it. When we asked for more, the young man at the front desk reported they simply did not have any extras. Our room was closest to the outside exit. The back portion of the building is very sketchy. The hallway echoes intensely. Any time someone opened their door or spoke in the hallway, it sounded like they were breaking into our room, especially in rhe middle of the night.
