Highly disappointed. The service was poor to say the least. Reserved a suite for 2 adults and 1 child. The room came with a sofa bed. Clearly it had not been used or freshened up in a long time. The sheets were dirty and stained. The sofa and carpet had large numerous stains. When we requested a blanket for the sofa bed since one wasn't provided, we were told they literally did not have a single extra blanket in the entire place! We were given wxtra sheets and a freaking mattress topper! We went to use the business center that the hotel touts for free use and free printing. We had to walk past the front desk where the young woman almost didn't even look up as we passed then didn't acknowledge our "hello". Yet she watched as we entered the business center which was a room extremely oversized for what was essentially 1 desktop computer and 1 printer. After more than 15 minutes of trying to print and connect our own laptop to the wifi and the printer, we asked the front desk person for assistance. She then with a straight face stated the computer and printer are down. The room fixtures had a layer of dust you wouldn’t believe. Finally, the breakfast was pathetic. Not one kid cereal. But worst of all, the cutlery was filthy! I mean literally chunks of hardened food stuck on them. If this is what Hyatt has to offer, I'll be sticking with Marriott.

I only booked here because i was looking for a place that had a hot tub! It wasn't mentioned during check in that it was closed! I am so very disappointed! You should make customers aware of this when booking and checking in!
