Although the room was spacious and clean. The window shade was ripped and looked like someone tried to tape it. The TV didn’t have signal for local network and it sounded like it was an ongoing problem. Pool/ hot tub were closed. Charging $10 for parking was a surprise considering the hotel is not in a city. Very disappointed in the stay.

Just feel I need to share that there is no pool or hhot tub available at this time it was shut down. Looked like it had been for a while as there was no water in it!! When we booked it we did so because of the pool and waffles for breakfast as we had been in the car all day with two active boys and the pool to get rid of some of their energy was just what we needed and to start out with a good breakfast to fill them up with would have been amazing!! But none of it happened 😪 We were told waffles are only on the weekends. My thing is to advertise that and let people know the pool is down. I had booked through Expedia and were not made awhere of it and couldnt get our money back 😪 our lose was their gain I guess.... knowledge goes a long way!

Pool closed and dirty room
We check in and theres a sign at front desk saying pool is closed for a much needed "face-lift". I was never told ahead of time and unfortunately that is the main reason we picked this hotel. It was my husband and I's anniversary and just wanted a pool. We were offered free parking for the inconvenience. When we got to the room the kitchen light didn't work, there was no hand soap or body soap in bathroom, we found someones dirty shorts under the sink so now we're thinking the room wasnt even cleaned. I expected better with ready all the great reviews but we will make sure we chose a different place next time we can get away

I went to this hotel to have a good time with my family in the pool and hot tube but the pool was in repairs so not fun at all, very disappointed . Plus you have to pay parking to stay the room has a strong smell like humidity.

When I got to the room, I came for the swimming pool as soon as I got dressed, no one told me anything at the front desk about the pool being out of service. I then went to the pool room and seen a letter that said it was closed until further notice I thought that was highly inconsiderate and asked for my money in a full return and still waiting.

Poor Management/Maintenace
7/3/24 to 7/9/24. We are a senior couple . Husband is on oxygen 24 hrs a day , and a lot of meds. I’m very hard of hearing . We ere in Ct to visit family. Before it’s too late. 1st night rm 217 was musty. Both windows were clouded up due to gas seal broken. Could not see a thing . Set up O2 machine and breathing treatment machine. Put the bag with all medical/ medications in the area where the closest and sink are. Next day the commode was rushed and cam up the sink drain , all over clothes and of course our medical bag. All meds had to be thrown out. My brand new hearing aids were also in the med bag. I was at the pool when this happened. No one of the staff came up. The maintenance men said all room on the vertical line had same issue. I had to ask for a new room. No management came to talk to us regarding the sewer backup. I asked the PM manager when we would be filling out an incident report. His reply “ we only do that when someone is injured “. I said or if property is damaged ie room rug and my hearing aids. He said I don’t know. Now hear it is three weeks later. Still heard nothing. But the will be hearing from me.

The 1st room 217. Was musty. All window were fogged over due to seal breakage. Wall was bubbled in window. 2 nd day I was at pool when I was told my room was flooding. Turns out my husband urinated , flushed and turned with his walker to watch the sink fill up as toilet was going down. I had to asked for a new room. It wasn’t offered. The maintenance team said everything on the vertical line has the same problem. Mind u I’m traveling with my husband who s on oxygen 24 hrs a day. I took his O2 machine w/ us. All our medical supplies, meds, and machines and hearing aids were in a zipper bag , the size of a large cold bag from grocery store . When maintenance slide the bag to me it was filled with 3 to 4 inches of sewer water. No one help ed me pack up a weeks worth of clothes., shoes . Toiletries. No help at all. My brand new hearing aids are now dead , can’t get electronics wet. My were swimming in poo water. All 3 prescription inhalers had to be thrown out. All prescription nasal sprays had to be thrown out. All prescription pill had to be thrown out. We stayed 6 more days after this incident. Not one person of authority spoke to us . I asked the PM desk manager when are “ we” doing an incident report. “ Gee I don’t know. It’s only when someone gets hurt.” My response or is property has been damaged. That would be the room damages and my property “ He claimed to be clueless. Doreen Duhancik

The hotel was clean and well-maintained with friendly staff. Even though the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, the overall experience was positive. The high price was a downside, but we still had a great time.
