We found all those bottles are empty in the bath. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The kind lady at front desk had to go some where for 10 min to get it for us. And she was the only one at desk when several guests were waiting her to get back. Feel sorry for her and other guests.

The room when I first entered smell like dirty socks and after numerous attempts to have the staff clean it nothing was ever done. Also the refrigerator was not working similarly after attempts nothing was done to have a functional refrigerator in the room.

This hotel is mediocre.The breakfast was minimal. The mattress was uncomfortable, our room was on the highway side so there was traffic noise, and the air conditioning unit was dirty. On the plus side, the rest of the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We only slept there so mostly it didn't matter but you will not be wowed by this hotel.

This property is just off of I-95. When we checked in, I asked the clerk for a room that did not face the highway. He was able to provide. We were close to the elevator and ice room but it was still very quiet.

Very quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel was full, but did not hear hallway noise etc. Rooms are very compact with little space to move around or sit at a desk. We needed just a quiet place to sleep, so worked perfect.

Carpets were disgusting, torn and smelled like dog pee. The room itself was mildew smelling. The staff was very nice though, and extremely helpful. Would not stay here again.

I’m requesting a refund. The hotel is ok but the smoke alarm kept going off at least 8 times. We tried to disconnect it and we couldn’t. The service at the front just kept us, we can’t help you. Maintenance is not there. Not supporting and we ending up leaving the hotel at 2am

The hotel was old and not clean. Waited in line to check in for 20 minutes, with one person working the desk. They did not care about the line waiting. TV only had couple channels call front desk they ask the model of the TV and said that they were updating the all the TV and that was not done , if you have a complaint call the manager in the morning. Room was SMALL and hard to maneuver in. Do not spend your $$ on this hotel it does not live up to the Hilton standards.
