Cleaning crew forgot to shut the door to the unit. Was open all day. Pretty loud at night. Stayed here 4x. This was the only bad stay.

Could not check in. No assistance. No one to answer your telephone call. No help available. Never got into a room. They refuse to refund money. Hotels.com was no help either. Stranded on the streets. Shame. What benefits to using them again.

I’ve stayed here many times before and my stays have always been without issues. This last time I got a room with a connecting door to the room next door. I couldn’t sleep all night thinking someone from next door was just going to barge into my room

The rooms were nice, but we came on a Sunday evening. Check-in was rough. No cell service there (Verizon) and hotel WiFi was glitchy. Had to drive 10 minutes away to get service to do contactless checkin. Ok after that.

No front desk was inconvenient, I was unaware when booking that it was contactless check in (oversight on my part, I admit) however when I walked into the main door staff ignored myself and my friend for 5 minutes. Management was reprimanding staff and we stood there for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us.

The Hi Ho was fine. Run was clean. The contactless check in was somewhat odd. Of course i'd have preferred a breakfast option. if you are in the area to see other things and have a packed scedule, it is a great place to crash for the night!
