I did not check in because I did not have a physical card to cover ameneties. The Hilton Harden did however charge over $500 to my debit card despite my not having stayed there. Great spot!
The hotel was lovely, the staff was lovely, the location was easy to find as we were passing through on our way south. Our only complaint is that the walls are a little thin and our inconsiderate neighbors kept us up late. Nothing the hotel could do about them though.

I checked in they gave me a room key went out when I came back went to the room key did not work back down to the desk gave me another key and when I went in someone was in that room I closed the door back downstairs to finally get a room with a key that works and nobody occupying it thank god no one was in it or it would have been embarrassing
